We have written many times about the health benefits of Matcha, there are certain concerns over the matcha caffeine levels. In this post we discuss these levels and how they compare to other energy producing drinks on the market.

When one consumes large amount of coffee, their is a raised level of energy but also the side effect of jitteriness.
Matcha tea has an amazing effect that the caffeine gets released into the body gradually over 6-8 hours, this is especially true if prepared using the traditional method of whisking it.
