How to be Anorexic and Weight Loss

How to become anorexic with food combining

Food combining diets

Some weight loss diets are based on the principle of separating different kinds of food. As an example, eating different categories i.e. carbohydrate and proteins together, interferes with digestion.

Starchy food requires an alkaline conditions for digestion, whereas the proteins usually require an acidic digestive medium. When they are eaten together, the acidity of the stomach becomes neutral. In this way, digestion is arrested. They will cause weight loss because the food eaten will not be absorbed and consequently not consumed. This is how to become anorexic with food combining.

The 1st weight loss food-combining diet was "Hay diet". It was formulated by William Hay, who said that he cured himself of heart disease, hypertension and renal disease. He also said that he was eating too much but never had a problem with his eating habits!

Hay diet was a natural whole-food meal  with about 50% fresh vegetables, salad and fruit. Also it contains proteins like meat and cheese. The proteins and cheese should be eaten at another time together with rice, bread and potatoes, etc.

William Hay diet became a model in the food industry till now.

Now, there are many companies that offer many weight loss dietary supplements based, more or less, on William Hay Diet.
